What have they done?

My earlier 'testing' for a few minutes has been on the website. Just tried the App👎
after selecting my membership card, it said invalid client, my bookings shows no bookings, correct, but then won't let me leave that page, needing a restart of the app...

I too tried a trial booking on the app, and I too hot the message that I was an invalid client, and trying to access my booking all I get is the loading symbol for the last 5 minutes, so have given up, and even then I can't get out!!!

Thanks Nellie, that confirms it's not my log in that's the issue, it's wider than that.

Its looking like there was no real testing of the new system after it had been cutover into the 'live' environment but prior to its release to paying customers....

I tried searching for a CL but get taken back to the map. The details about the CL are very sparse with no reviews etc. CAMC what have you done!

Absolute rubbish. Appears you can’t see availability of a site you may be interested in. Just gives error messages and/or just sticks.

I can't seem to be able to search by region or county,very disapointing.

The ability to search all types of sites together seems to work better for me than previously ( or was ithat my lack of computer skills)

It's very early days so I must hope that the site improves over time

tried getting on site ,found life is too short to wait, tried the camping and caravan club site that works perfectly . may be your IT people could get in touch with the for some advice on setting a deposit system up.

Also suffering the interminable wait but more importantly, how did you all get to know it was going live?  It's only by chance that I logged on to have a look as we've been trying to book next summer's holiday since August.  The communication of this event has been poor in my opinion!
