Managed to get up and clean around the hatches on the MH roof in between the showers. Can't believe how much muck accumulates. Not sure it wouldn't be easier to go all environmental and have a turf roof.

Just noticed the Blackthorn flowers are coming out in one of our hedges, usually a good sign even if the weather slows things up (rain, hail and sleet today...)

Can't go without a pancake or two for tea today so that's nice and easy to think about! 🍽🍋 wink

Well the rain has arrived had 8mm in 20 minutes all the water butts very full  also gone windy but stronger Wednesday/Thursday and not keen on strong winds. Housework today due to rain, off  for some shopping tomorrow and OH collect medication from local pharmacy.

Roll on May when we can get away in the van again to much to do and DIY with friends in April, will not be to far away at Cordes sur Ciel  where TG went last year as a local garden we want to look around and a trip to Albi.

Pancakes here too. ☺️
Milliehull will you still be able to travel to Tenerife in light of today’s news? I have a colleague travelling back from the affected region in Italy this week. Not sure what the company policy will be on her returning to work.

I think we are going to have to see how the situation develops over the next few days ADD.☹

Fingers crossed for both you and Tammy, MH. We're due to sail to Spain in a fortnight so we're also keeping our eyes peeled on the situation.

The Ladies had some retail therapy in Harrogate today whilst I went for a stroll. We met up, got back to the car and 2 minutes later ran into an almighty hailstorm, so we counted our blessings.

Called into Fodders food emporium on the way back but alas they had nothing for me.😞

Easy run down to Sudbury, but a slow one due to a large wagon who didn't know where he was going by the looks of it. The grass section of the CL is much too soft to take a van but fortunately we are on the H/ S in the paddock.

We liked it there but for the food we ate inside rather than what the Farm Shop sells.

I don't think it would be wise to drive round with a roof load of grass man
