Fantastic Site

We stayed here in July 2021 originaly for 2 weeks but we enjoyed it and the area so much we booked another week. The site owners are very friendly and although they had family members who were isolating you could contact by phone and they came to the site most days to check everything was fine. I think we were the only couple who hadn't been before all the others were returnees. I can understand why. The walks around the fields and in the woods is fantastic. If you have a dog it would love this place so much walking for them. The road to the site is a little hairy as it is very narrow. But there are passing palces so not too bad. Never been to this area before but will be definatly going back.

What an absolute gem

What an absolute gem of a site. Pitch anywhere on the orchard with plenty of extension leads to reach ehu & plenty of taps dotted around. Fabulous dog walks direct from site created by the owner alongside the fields and plenty of woods to explore. Owners are lovely taking the time to welcome you & have a chat. We will definitely book again.

Quiet and Peaceful

A beautiful tranquil site with delightful views. So much space and could choose your own pitch. Good value for money at £12.00 per night. Easy to find of the main road though the last mile down the narrow lane was an adventure. There are hard-standing pitches but as the weather was dry could take advantage of the grass pitches. This allowed much more space between neighbor's. Lovely local farm shop on the A40 towards Gloucester with great fresh produce, their local sausages and beef burgers were delicious. Got to see a mother duck and her babies that she guided between the two ponds. Lots of other birds around. We would certainly visit again if we are in the area.

Third and Not The Last Visit

Our 3rd visit to lovely Bulley Farm. So peaceful. Site is set in a huge old orchard and you can pitch anywhere, Jeremy provides extra extension EHU cables if required. There are five quite close together hard standing pitches too if the weather is wet, but the field is lovely, so spacious. Super information chalet with every bit of info you may need. Great for dogs walking around the perimeter of wheat fields all nicely mowed! Woods and ponds too with obligatory ducks and moor hens. Lots of birds. Very peaceful and quiet just the bird song. Easy access of the A40 just the last mile or so a bit of a narrow country lane. A good site for a stop over if you have a long journey as only 5 miles of M5, but also worth a few days visit too. Jeremy the owner very friendly, helpful and informative but not intrusive, working arable farm so busy. Can recommend The Red Heart Blaisdon for meals about 6 mlles away. Sure we will be back to Bulley.

Could not be better

So far, this has to be the best value for money of all the sites we have stayed at. £12 for a well maintained and beautiful site. They were full for our first night so the owner very kindly set us up in the farm yard. It was quiet and we had water, electric and amazing views. Then we moved to the site proper. It is set in acres of arable farmland, with orchards etc. In dry weather there is an option to go on the adjoining field with apple trees and picnic tables. Loads of great walks and the bus stop for Gloucester etc is a pretty 20 min walk away. Fabulous place, shame there is no pub.

10* site. Absolutely fantastic

We stayed on this site on 23/24th April. Fantastic site. So peaceful. Beautiful setting. Lovely views. This is the best CL site we have stayed on and fantastic price for EHU. We had no trouble with access in our 7.2mtr motorhome. Very clean and tidy site. Lots of wildlife around and the most stunning sunsets. Lovely welcome by the owner Jermemy who clearly wants this site a site to get away from it all and enjoy total relaxation. Very dog friendly & it literally couldn’t be more perfect. We will definitely be booking again and it will be one of our faves. As a Nhs nurse working on covid ward this break was so much needed and this site was a joy to stay on and made me switch off to the past awful year working as an nhs nurse. Thank you Jeremy 👌🏻👌🏻

Such a lovely week

This is a lovely well kept site, access to it is a little hairy you just hope you do not meet a caravan coming the other way. ( which our friends did)It had been recommended to us by friends as one of the best and it lived up to their review.. The owners were extremely helpful eager to make sure we had a good stay. Once there you can walk or cycle for miles and around the farm were all sorts of features to make you aware of nature and the importance of conservation. The little hut was well equipped with all sorts of information, lots of extension leads were available so you could choose any spot you fancied in the large orchard. Hopefully we will be able to return again.

Beautiful CL

We stayed here in September. It's a lovely site. It was easy to find although the main road before you get to Bulley Lane can be busy, so take care. The site is well maintained with picnic benches dotted around and a pleasant area to set up chairs etc near your caravan. There are nice walks around the CL and the farmland nearby. It's easy to get into and we found a space although we was caravan number 5 when we got there. There are lots of directions that you can go from the site. At the moment with coronavirus you are limited as to what you can do of course but we found lots of places to explore and we visited Gloucester and the Forest of Dean amongst other places which aren't too far away. The site has good arrangements with Coronavirus. Everything has been done to keep you as safe as possible. There is a little log cabin with useful Information etc which only 1 family can use at a time. The water is easy to access and it's nice having electricity. (Normally we go to basic sites without hook up so this was a treat). There were notices posted up with Info re payments, general advice and coronavirus. All easy to follow. All in all, this is a great little CL. You are off the beaten track but not too far away from civilisation and it's beautifully quiet & peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Simply Divine

Easy access, hard standing available or any location you choose in the orchard. Extra long power chords are available FOC. Help yourself to herbs in the planters if you like. Farm honey is available in season. We really enjoyed our stay - peace and tranquility. Have lots of pictures but can’t add to the review.

First outing post lockdown , what a delight.

This site is most peaceful, with an abundance of birds and wildlife visiting or nearby. The owners were most helpful and friendly. The arrangements for our safety were well explained and sanitiser was available. The woods and footpaths on the farm were enjoyed by the dog every day. Will be back at some point in the future. Thank you for a relaxing stay.
