Swanley Excels Itself
This is a wonderful site and has great facilities. It was our first visit and had tried a few times to get on - clearly lots of people love this site. The booking was easy and on arrival there was a sign on the gate showing where each of us (3 in our party) were pitching up. The grounds were immaculate and there is a lovely pond area with benches. There is a secure gate on the entrance so you feel safe and secluded. There is hook up electric and a water point, waste points and recycling for all goods.
Taxi into Nantwich costs between £7-£10 although taxis not that easy to get and we found you need to book in advance.
There are lovely walks nearby to the canal but it appeared that the 2 local pubs had closed down.
The site was very quiet, plenty of space between each pitch and the daughter of the owner who came round was very helpful and polite.
All 3 of us really liked this site and it will certainly become a regular of ours.
