We were there in august and had a neutral check in and a bad check out. The staff in the desk is tired of tourists, so plain. It seems that bothered them to give directions, and even they did it wrong to get out of there: send us to the A202, which doesn't exist. Even showing the man that it didn't appear on the map insisted in his information, and it lead us to the Dartford Crossing, surely with no information about the tax, when the better route was through the south M25. In the middle: close to London through the train in 40 minutes, plus 10 to the train station, that's true. Although they cleaned everyday, it's a very busy site, and that was not enough for the CMC standards we've met anywhere else. We saw rubbish out of the place for four days till they cleaned it. Though the site is quite, you can listen sirens all through the night. So if not for being close to London, it's not a good site.
