Lots of grass

First let me get the negatives out of the way. The signage for this site is truly appalling. If you follow the advised route the only sign you see is a very large one for the Caravan and Camping Club site that is next door. The CAMC sign is only visible once you have passed the turning and as it is the new small nondescript type you have to look very hard to spot, facing the wrong way and behind a hedge. Secondly if you are a fan of the little orange tractors or the big green and yellow ones this is the site for you. You can experience non stop grass cutting from mid morning until very late afternoon. The Site staff had at least three tractor mowers plus petrol ones going for three days solid non stop. This is not a site to relax on. Site located well if you like walking as the Malvern hill are on the doorstep and can be seen from the site. Both loo blocks are adequate and are kept clean.

With a site as large as this one and with as much grass I do not know how you do not expect the staff to be out cutttting grass. It must be an endless task trying to keep on top of the growing grass and must be a constant battle.I am sure that the staff realise how much of an annoyance the grass cutting must be but If the grass was long I would imagine that also would have been a negative.

Thanks for your comments Heather. I note that you did not review when stayed on this site . I assume you have otherwise how would you know how much grass there is. It's is not a complaint against the hard working wardens but an honest comment intended to make other members aware before they book there may be noise.
