A hidden Gem

Just had a peaceful few days at this gem of a site. The wardens, and their assistants could not have been more friendly and helpful. The site and its facilities are spotless, even by CC standards. A huge dog exercise area. Within easy reach of the beach at Bigbury-on-sea, and the lovely laid back town of Modbury, try the steaks at the dog-friendly Exeter Inn. Yummy! Don't be put off by the route in from the A38. Yes, it is narrow in places, but nowhere near as bad as some make out, and certainly nothing that should put off a competent caravaner. Cant wait to return.

Fantastic site

Fantastic site once you reach it, though it's not as bad as some say. Perhaps we have been lucky in the lane! Wardens could not have been more friendly or helpful. We love it there and will return from time to time.

A lovely site for families

We stayed for a week at Modbury whilst visiting family who lived in Devon. The site has everything for all age groups and we would thoroughly recommend it. This is the fourth time we've been to Modbury and we will be going many more times I hope!
