Well located site
We were surprised to read some other reviews of this site regarding traffic noise - what else would you expect from the location being easy to access from the A1 & A66. We didn't find the noise carried on all night and it hardly disturbed us at all. There were good views towards the Yorkshire Dales with an easy short car ride to Richmond. Facilities and the site were well kept and the warden couple were friendly and helpful. Although only a 2 night stop our stay at Hargill House served its purpose and we have no complaints whatsoever.
