The town centre is within easy reach from the campsite by car or by cycle path along the coast. The picturesque town centre of Helsingborg offers great shopping, a large variety of restaurants along the harbour front and a taste of swedish culture including many attractive buildings like the City hall, St Marys church and the fortress tower Kärnan.

Days out include the magnificent Sofeiro Palace a wonderful cycle ride along the coast past the harbour and through the forest surrounding the Palace and it's gardens. For the adventurous, take a hot air balloon ride and see it all from the skies or take the ferry over to Denmark and enjoy the view sailing into Helsingor of the magnificent castle perched on the headland.

For those keen on cold sea swimming followed by a hot sauna there are three cold bath houses along the coastline. The Skåne region also counts over 30 vinyards as the mild climate is perfect for wine growing, explore the vineyards and taste your first Swedish wine.
