Just what you need from a CL with lovely views.

Courtbrook Farm
We had a lovely 5 nights here. Communication was good before arrival and instructions were clear. The owner came to say hello on the day we arrived (you pay beforehand so no cash etc to handover) and was really cheerful and friendly (and obviously a hard working farmer as he was always on the go!) The site is mostly flat, we just had to lift one wheel on the caravan a little and that could be because we managed to find the only dip in the whole field ;0). No ground sheets allowed in awnings, we have a little porch awning and just lifted the mats when we went out each day. You can walk through the village and cut across the field (public footpath) to a crossing and walk to the pub - its crossing a main road but there is an island and its just before a roundabout so no trouble at all and there's also a farm shop a little further down that road. We were visiting relative in Buddleigh Salterton and the access out of the site to get to there/Sidmouth/Exmouth etc was great as the location is on main road. With that in mind, you can hear the main road but it really isn't an issue at all, didn't bother us in the slightest. Happy camping!

Excellent overnight stop

Courtbrook Farm
Easy to find off the main road and conveniently situated close to the M5 this is an ideal overnight stop when traveling to Cornwall or South Devon. Level field with short grass. EHU water and chemical waste available. The owner was very friendly and came to check everything was okay. Would definitely stay again.

Week end away

Courtbrook Farm
Just spent a weekend Courtbrook Farm CL, site owner called and made sure we were settled and aware of local points of interest gave us a few tips for starting our cycle ride. Very well kept site perfect for pitching up flat no need for any levelling blocks. Well worth a visit will call in again.

Excellent Site

Courtbrook Farm
Second time at this clean level site. There is a little bit of road noise but nothing to worry us about and it quietens down at night. The field is well mown with the clippings collected. Well maintained water and disposal facilities also recycling in easy to identify coloured bins. Good access to local towns and places of interest. If you've got deep pockets a visit to Darts Farm Shop is interesting. The site is only a couple of miles off of the M5 so very convenient for a stop over. All in all thoroughly recommended.
