Why stay here ...

Clearview Caravan Site was established in 2008 and is owned and run by Chris & Emma Dade. The site itself is situated within a 4 acre sheltered field which is behind the house where Chris & Emma live with their two daughters.

Chris & Emma are keen caravanners and are members of The Club. They have developed the site to the high standards they expect when touring themselves.

Clearview is located on a quiet road on the Lincolnshire/Norfolk border, just off the A17 Trunk Road which makes it an ideal stopover when visiting the Norfolk Coast. The site is screened from the road and gated for security.

To the rear of the site is a 3.5 acre field where you are free to walk your dogs, or play ball games, without disturbing other guests. Extensive planting has been carried out to encourage natural habitats.

Certain breeds of dog only - please kindly check with the owners when booking.

Please contact the site directly for current rates/pitch price per night.

Just returned from a 3 day October break on Lincolnshire Norfolk border ,where tucked away you will find Clear View CL site. Ideally situated for touring rspb sites in the area and seeing migrating birds in the Wash area. Greeted by the friendly gardener Keith who opened the gates and showed me my pitch. The site is secured by two sets of gates, once through the gates you will find secluded serviced pitches with water tap and electric hook- up and grey water drain for your convenience. A well organised area is provided for recycling and toilet waste disposal point. The site is clean and tidy, grass is cut short and the hedges neatly trimmed. This makes a pleasant area to walk your dog and enjoy the wild life with newly planted trees.  £13.50 was good value for such a nice CL site. Well done Chris.

We stayed here for 2 weeks, the site is clean, tidy and convenient for places in both Lincolnshire & Norfolk. On pitch water & waste great although wifi very poor. Gardener a real character. All places visited good except Downham Market which was dissapointing. Roads are flat for cycling, we rode over 220 miles in the 2 weeks but brew shops are scarce.

A lovely little site maintained to a high standard by the friendly gardener. Very clean. Slight road noise. Ideal large paddock for dogs to have a run. Was due to stay for 1 night as a stopover (ideal for this) but as a result of an RTA and our vehicle being a right off had to stay for 3. Disheartening to find the owners unhelpful and dismissive especially as the owners are caravaners too. Don't really think offering CL facilities is for them. Got a nasty email on return home accusing us of not paying (money put on step due to it being Easter Sunday). Thank you to the lovely gardener for providing wifi details etc when the owners had no interest.

Good Site

Spent 2 nights here as it was convenient for POI I wanted to visit.  Due to the weather/ground conditions I arranged to telephone owners to sort out where to pitch. Apart from this and paying on departure I saw/heard nothing from the owners.  When I left the lady didn't even enquire if everything was OK.  In the summer this would be a lovely site, individual hedged and serviced pitches.  There are no toilets/showers and the wifi is non existent on the pitches.  Massive field behind CL which looks as though it could support a rally.  If the wind is from a westerly direction the power station turbine is apparent
