Lovely, well maintained site.

Robertie Lee
We stayed here for 2 weeks and couldn’t have been happier. The site is very well maintained, Gus, the owner, mowed the grass several times whilst we were there. The pitches are nice and level with plenty of space between. There is a lovely piece of land sectioned off for the dogs to do their business. Good access to the site and although it is not far from a dual carriageway, this most certainly didn’t bother us and actually when going out for day trips was good to be straight onto a main route. The toilet disposal was excellent as were the rubbish bins. Would highly recommend this lovely site....and the eggs we purchased from Gus were delicious.

Excellent CL site

Robertie Lee
We stayed here for 3 nights last week for the first time and we'll definitely be back. Very neat and well kept site, easy to find, and your pitch is shown on a blackboard by the site entrance. Depending on direction of arrival, once you turn off the dual carriage way, you enter a narrow country lane and the gate to the site is on your right. Once you open the gate you drive in and will see the blackboard with your name against a pitch location. We have a 8.1m outfit and access was not a problem. As it's located on a country lane, off a dual carriage way, there is some traffic noise, but nothing too intrusive. The pitch itself is surrounded by fields which were starting to be harvested while we were there. Very level site with plenty of space between pitches with short mown grass and well kept bushes around the site. Campsite owner very helpful. Ideal location for visiting Goodwood racecourse and other attractions in the area.

Lovely, level, peaceful and spacious CL with everything I needed

Robertie Lee
I enjoyed this CL so much, I stayed nearly a week! I was looking for space, peace, quiet, good 4G, EHU, chemical and water filling facilities – it had it all. Gus, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming, and came to say hello as I arrived, but was respectful of my peace and quiet which I appreciated. The grass is very well-kept – short and mowed. It's nice and flat, too, didn't need levellers. The other thing I liked was that you get sun most of the day when it's finally happening! His price was very reasonable, there's plenty of space between pitches (although I had the whole place to myself) and the toilet disposal is brilliant, it all goes straight down a drain with not too many 'visuals'. It's surrounded by fencing so no-one has to witness it and there's a hose for cleaning. Good recycling options although nothing for plastic unfortunately. Water at the entry gate which is convenient as you go in and out. Although it's 'next to' (set back from) a dual carriageway, I didn't find it at all disturbing, despite other reviews saying different. You can hear the 'swooshing' at rush hour, (not from inside the van though) but it's very distant and unobtrusive. Good access to Chichester and the retail park (both about 15 mins away). I would recommend this site and would certainly stay again if in the area.

Lovely place for a getaway. Basic, but as we like it. Stayed 2/3/4th June

Robertie Lee
Good little site. Basic facilities but that is ok with us. Lovely mown grass. Quiet apart from the traffic noise, which we did not really notice after a few minutes. Not intrusive. Will certainly stay here again, and to be honest, hope that others do not find it, as it will probably always be full.
