Great value

Its as good as it possible can be, I have stayed on over 50 cl,s in 20 years and I have voted this the best for 2022. full service pitch hard standing, information can be found in a box in the utility area. Best of all free WiFi that works! owners web site is good, they are welcoming, July 2022 price per night was £20 which is good value. If I pass that way again would defiantly use it, if I can get a booking! (book way in advance as this site is going to be busy) hopefully they will continue with the high standard they have set themselves with future improvements. thank you

One of ourfavourites

We use this site when travelling to/from the Highlands. Very handy for the A1, fully serviced pitches are great. Views are stunning from the site overlooking fields down to the sea at Coldingham with Eyemouth just a couple of miles away. Very clean site. Alasdair is vefy friendly and always either pops in to see that you are happy or if he is busy he will drop you a text. We always make sure to stop for a few days as we head back South, to relax and enjoy the views. This site is always our first and last stop on our touring travels and will continue to be for years to come.

great site

This is a great site the pitches are of a good size with water waist and electric to each pitch the road to the site is of a very good standard better than some A roads. The view of the sea was good from the pitch on the hole we had great 7 night stay at this well run site and when we are in Scotland again we will be staying here. thanks for a great time.

Fabulous scenery

What a wonderful site. Spacious pitches, water, grey waste and hookup on each pitch and WiFi.. The views were outstanding. Everything was clean and tidy Nice walk into coldingham. Was lovely to just sit and relax watching the combine harvester at work or the lovely herd of cattle in the field. Would definitely book again.

Just fabulous

Bee Edge is a lovely site with fabulous views. Everything exceeded our expectations. We had a very warm welcome from Al and he was so helpful when we had an issue ( not related to our stay at Bee Edge) during our stay. The area is beautiful and there is so much to see and do. We would highly recommend this site and we hope to return in the not too distant future. Thank you.

All CL’s should be like this

Stayed last week for 6 days the hook up and water plus grey waste on each pitch is marvellous but outdone by the views and local amenities Coldingham is amazing, book it, go stay you won’t regret it.

Exceptionally well run cl

Stayed here for 3 nights in late June. Good sized hard standing pitches well separated by grass from each other. Nice and open for sun when it does appear! Wonderful views out to sea and beautiful cattle to watch in the adjoining field. Farm traffic does go by but it is a working farm. Provision of ehu, water and waste water on each pitch plus free wifi is more than you can ask for at a cl. Chemical emptying point exceptionally clean and tidy as is bin storage. Grass obviously regularly cut. Payment on line and on arrival worked well. Didn’t meet the owner but they texted to check all was ok on arrival. Well located for lovely coastal walks and Coldingham itself is worth a potter with its priory at its centre. Plenty of parking for a Motorhome at the beach but quite tight if visiting st Abbs head national trust car park although we slotted our panel van conversion in. Thoroughly recommend this excellent cl.

Great views but noise from farm/delivery vehicles

Easy access from A road and fab views from the CL however, it wasn't as quiet as we were hoping as there is a private road to various buildings which run immediately behind the caravans.  It is a working farm so some noise expected but large lorries were using the road from 6.30am until well after dark.  50% deposit paid on booking and confirmation received by email along with T&C's which state that balance to be paid on arrival in cash in an envelope. We arrived, set up and went out immediately to get cash and food, the owner called whilst we were out and sent a text reminding me that balance was to be paid that day as per T&C's ! All pitches fully serviced.  Saw the owner the day after arrival but didn't see him after that. There are no toilet or shower facilities on this site

Super stay.

Absolutely perfect little site. Lovely owner. Pitch has everything you need, hook up, water and grey waste. Village has 2 pubs, lovely walks along coast to Eyemouth or St Ebbs, cycle rides into either , bus into Berwick. So definitely rebooking for next year and definitely recommend.
