Lovely new CL

Would like to say how awful this place is to discourage people from going, as we don't want it to be fully booked when we go back, but we couldn't say anything negative.  From the welcome when we arrived, to the cheery farewell this CL was a delight.

What's not to like

Having read all the previous reviews we can only agree wholeheartedly.  John and Kim  are a really friendly couple with a great CL just a pity it is not nearer to us.   But rest assured we will be back.

Simply Perfect.

Just returned from our second visit to this lovely site. We found this new CL quite by accident having been booked on another site nearby that was awful and we decided to drive straight out. As soon as we met Kim and John and we're pitched up, we knew we had found something very special. Both Kim and John are so friendly and can't do enough to help you, both with advice about the area and supporting you getting set up. Water and waste  facilities are top notch for any site let alone a CL and the site is immaculate. We love this area and there so much to see and do. Danes Dyke just across the road has a lovely beach and from here you can walk along the coastal walk to South Landing, Flamborough light house or even further to North Landing. Excellent large CoOp just 2mls away. Security on site with locked gates and cctv also make for a safe stay. Not forgetting free wifi. All in all what's not to like. Thanks John and Kim for another fantastic time on your superb site. We will be back. Terry and Kim.

Great place to stay

This is one of those places where you have mixed feelings about leaving a review - on the one hand, it's a great place, run by great people and deserves praise. But, if you tell people about it - you might find it full when next you want to go. Well, I'm a firm believer in praise where it is due, I just hope there's room next time I want  to go! Secure, gated site. Handy for Bridlington (short drive away). and Flamboro Head.

Great Stay & Welcome

We stayed at this site end of July, when we arrived we where made to feel very welcome and the site has excellent security with locked gates and security cameras. Some of the pitches have individual water and waste and a wifi password given to us at no extra charge. The pitches are large, level and well drained. The position is also great with easy excess to great scenic walks and short drive to Bridlington and Flanbrough lighthouse. Excellent new site, great value for money recommended to all, we will be returning. Andrew & Hayley

Superb Hospitality and total peace & tranquility!

We were lucky to find this new CL as not in the Handbook, but found on the Caravan Club website. Immediate email response from John Burton who made us extremely welcome and very informative. Seemingly this CL is a very new listing so it was a very fortunate find. on the main road from Sewerby & Bridlington to Flamborough at Danes Dyke. Great for golf at the Links GC opposite or Flamborough GC a couple of miles down the road. Used the 510 bus a few minutes walk to the bus stop. takes 20 mins to Bridlington. Very neat layout, full of wildlife in the area. Good thought out facilities for disposal & water and even wifi. John informed us of his plans for the CL & we will definitely return. Look out for the Flamborough sign and it is then the 1st bungalow on the left. Tour de Yorkshire bike on display on the sign! Totally secure CL, as not many offer this level of security! Great for walks in either direction and very close to the coast. Good pubs nearby and the Links Golf Club serve good meals and have a leisure club.
