How to use the on-site Wi-Fi

To use the Wi-Fi, you must first connect your device to the Wi-Fi network called "Free Club WiFi" Browsing the Caravan and Motorhome Club website is free but all other internet services require registration.

Upon opening a web browser, the Caravan and Motorhome Club Wi-Fi connection page will then appear. For some devices, this page may automatically appear when connecting to the Wi-Fi.


Click the register button to sign up for a Wi-Fi package. You will only be required to register once, as this account can then be used across any Wi-Fi-enabled Caravan and Motorhome Club site.

It is important that you enter a correct and valid email address. If you enter an incorrect email address you may lose purchased packages and will not receive receipts and notifications.

You should then enter a memorable password, as this is required to connect to the Caravan and Motorhome Club Wi-Fi system for all future visits. You should then select a security question and enter a memorable answer. If you forget your password, this security question will allow you to reset your password.


You will then be asked to consent to sharing marketing data and agreeing to BT's privacy policy

Logging in to Club Wi-Fi

If you have previously registered, simply click the login button.

Enter the email address that you used to register and the password set at that time. Finally, click the login button to access the internet. You will be presented with the Caravan and Motorhome Club website. From there on, you will be able to access the internet. 

Forgotten Wi-Fi password

To reset your password, first click the login button.

Then click the link that says “reset your PASSWORD” on the login page. 

You should then enter and confirm a new password and click next. You will then be presented with the security question that you chose when first registering. Finally, answer the security question & tick the box that says “Accept terms” and then click send. 

Your password has now been reset.

Using Wi-Fi on more than one device

All Premium Club Wi-Fi packages are configured to be used on a single device at any one time.

To switch to another device, connect to the 'Premium Club Wi-Fi' wireless network on the second device and log in with the email address that you registered when purchasing your WiFi package. Please note, you will need to register / use another email address in order to use 'Free Club WiFi' on any other devices while your Premium Club WiFi package is still active.
