High Chimney Farm - it's ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ from us 👍

High Chimney Farm
What a great find. This new CL deserves to be fully occupied all the time. Pitches are very spaced apart. If peace & tranquility is your thing then this is for you. Ali & Nick are lovely people, but not in your face. Hopefully there will be spaces when we return 🙏🏻

Exceptional C/L

High Chimney Farm
Having read all of the over reviews we decided on booking a 4 night break. Very easy to find with access directly from the main road and only 1.5 hours from home. What a find? The main field is large and there is another one adjacent for dog walkers etc. The electric points are spaced around the field and we were blessed with sunshine through out our stay. The toilet and shower is located next to the water and elsan point and are all spotless. The area is very central for all interests including the Steam Train in Tenterden and Kent and Sussex. We travelled down to Worthing as i had a bowls match to play on the Saturday and then visited our son who lives near Heathfield. The highlight of my weekend was a guided tour of the workshops by Nick just before we had to leave. For any saloon car racing fans please google Swift Tune the number one proper mini specialists. Understandably only open until the end of October as the fields and access is grass, we cannot wait to return next year. Thank you Nick and Alison for all your hard work in producing now our favourite C/L Brian and Jan.

This one sets the standard!

High Chimney Farm
Difficult to know where to start really, as previous reviews are very accurate. Perhaps I can add to them by mentioning the lovely welcome I received from Alison. She took my booking at two hours notice and on arrival I was met by her returning from having mowed the CL pitches. All were available and I was, invited to take my pick. It was obvious she'd dropped everything to prepare for my arrival. The location was everything someone looking for peace and solitude could want. Surrounded by fields and near to a small lake / large pond, where I was able to sit all day undisturbed, watching the game of catch me if you can between the fish and the heron (the fish won). The shower / toilet was, spotless and piping hot. This CL really is the standard by which I shall judge all others. I left and went straight over to my Parents, who om sure, will be booking soon, to accompany me, when I return. Thank you Ali... Those two days were just what the Dr. Ordered.

Exceptional CL

High Chimney Farm
What a find! This was an amazing holiday. The site is so large and peaceful, with gorgeous views, a lake, and an additional field for walking the dog. Clive our greyhound didn’t want to go home, he loved the space and having a little run. The owners are super friendly and can’t do enough for you, the site and it’s facilities are kept immaculately clean and manicured. Definitely would visit again, one of the best CL’s we have ever visited. I think Clive would like to move in permanently!
