Filey is located at the eastern end of the Cleveland Way. This long-distance footpath stretches more than 100 miles along the coast to Saltburn-by-the-Sea, around the northern border of the North York Moors National Park and then to Helmsley.
The beach at Filey is another wonderful way to enjoy the great outdoors. With soft golden sand and a beautiful view, it's a great spot for walking, bird watching or even building a sand castle. You'll also find plenty of cafes and shops on the seafront.
