Great value for money, lovely walking and cycling from site

North Stoke Farm
Superb CL. Easy access to water and chemical Easter. Plenty of room to choose your own pitch. Mown firm grass. Walking on South Downs Way from the site is lovely. Easy access into Arundel along the river or to Amberley the other way. Very quiet peaceful location. Entrance for our 7m van no problem.

Beautiful Peaceful Getaway

North Stoke Farm
We booked this site last minute with no problem. At £9 a night it's great value for money! We stayed for 2 nights and had no issues getting our 7m caravan down the lane and onto the site. There is no electric hook up but that caused us no problems. There is water and chemical waste point. We were the only people staying so had the whole field to ourselves which was a treat! Lots of flat areas to choose from for pitch up. There is a train line at the far end of the field but there were not loads of trains passing and these stopped at around midnight anyway. There is a fairly local village store with groceries and supplies and 8 mins drive there is the village of Storrington where there is a tesco garage and a lovely Chinese restaurant that we visited for dinner on our last night. We took our kayak and for £7.50 we were able to launch from the tea rooms at the bottom of the road from the site. A lovely restful break-would definitely recommend for those looking for some peace and quiet.

Wonderful peaceful site in a lovely part of the country

North Stoke Farm
We stayed at North Stoke Farm with friends for six nights this August and enjoyed every minute. I had some concerns about the proximity of the railway having sensitive hearing and being a light sleeper but it was no bother at all. In fact less than the road noise you hear at most sites. I can recommend this site to anyone wanting to get away from it all and in case you are in any doubt here's a brief video I've made of the site which I hope you'll enjoy. https://youtu.be/OKYamX80Jng

A Hidden Gem with great walks!

North Stoke Farm
This site is tucked away down a narrow lane alongside the river Arun but we have had no trouble navigating our 7.5m tourer in or out now that there are double yellow lines outside the pub as you turn into the lane. It is very quiet, even if you choose to pitch at the far end of the site next to the railway line wher it disappears into a tunnel! There is a steep wooded escarpment to the south side of the site and this can make getting a satelite connection a challenge but we have not failed yet. The farm house is further up the lane, turning right at the top, and the Lock family are always friendly and helpful. Walks are superb, either down river (via the suspension bridge built by Gurkha Engineers) to Arundle (stopping at the Black Rabbit pub), up river to the wetlands around Amberley or onto the South Downs Way.

Peace and Quiet

North Stoke Farm
Access was a little tricky with our large unit but manageable with care. Site with pretty surroundings and nicely kept short grass. Very peaceful with just the odd train. Down the quiet lane is the river and pub. Very good value for money.
