Idyllic - just sit & listen to the birds!

North Stoke Farm
My favourite site - we try to come here twice through the summer. The Amberley valley is stunning, so there are great views. There are lovely walks up or downstream on the River Arun including down to Arundel itself. You could just wander down the shady lane to the Bridge Inn, a lovely pub (shut Mon / Tues). The field is bordered by a bank of trees on one side & a reedbed / wetland on the other - so the range of bird species is fantastic & just sitting listening to the birds is a treat. Amberley village also has a nice pub & gorgeous thatched cottages. A site to spend several days just marveling at the peace & quiet - don't be in a rush to go off somewhere! A walk up on the Downs will give you great views & Red Kites galore (which often come over the site).

What an incredible place!

North Stoke Farm
This is tranquility and the beautiful English countryside at its best. A fantastic spot for a quiet break. We cannot rate this fantastic location highly enough! If you want to get away and recharge your batteries, you can do no better than a visit here.

SCIENIC & TRANQUIL

North Stoke Farm
Stayed for three nights, but was sad to leave. Had site to ourselves until last day. Such a lovely location. We were so lucky to see some extra special wildlife in the evenings, plenty of rabbits, two stoats, a white deer, a beautiful owl swooping up and down and a big bird of prey. The walk to Arundel is beautiful and we got the train back to Amberley station. The walk to Amberley village is a lot further on than we realised along the road, but very pretty and a nice pub and tea rooms in village, we then walked back across fields to the river and back to the riverside cafe and pub at end of campsite lane. The only negative thing we found about our whole stay was that the drinking water was full of chlorine. Would definitely return (price is actually £12 per night not £10 as website).

North Stoke Farm
Lovely peaceful cl. Stayed for 4 nights. Lots of walks from the site. Local pub and riverside tea shop/ restaurant and Amberley museum all with in walking distance. We had the site to ourselves for two days of our stay didn’t want to leave, it was so peaceful. Will definetly be back.

Great value for money, lovely walking and cycling from site

North Stoke Farm
Superb CL. Easy access to water and chemical Easter. Plenty of room to choose your own pitch. Mown firm grass. Walking on South Downs Way from the site is lovely. Easy access into Arundel along the river or to Amberley the other way. Very quiet peaceful location. Entrance for our 7m van no problem.
