How to find site!

This site was almost impossible to find in daylight and would be extremely difficult at night, the site is on the right heading for SelceyBill Turn right at the TROIAN wood yard sign, pass the small pond on immediately right and turn right in to track before the first house, the CL sign is there in the ivy This site is the only one open in winter in the area and they have an electric point in yard on hard standing. A huge improvement would be better signage, other wise a reasonable site nice big flat field.

Campervan visit in November

We visited after very heavy rain so were offered & accepted a hard standing pitch by side of barn with hook up - consequently limited views.  Excellent location for visiting RSPB Pagham Harbour including Medmerry (after a longer walk) - the main aim of our visit.

Just Great

back from our second trip here, cant fault it, nice big flat field, plenty of room even when full, bus stop outside, the Anchor down the road is good 2 meals for £10, 3 days per week, and dog friendly, loads of walks and footpaths, very pleasant owners, lovely eggs from the resident chickens

Relaxing site close to nature

This is a fairly large, flat grassy CL with good access. There are animals and birds on site, but we never found the noise obtrusive. Quiet, with no road noise although the site is off the busy Chichester to Selsy road. There is a nature reserve opposite with good walking and access to the coast. You can walk to the Crab & Lobster through the reserve, or the Anchor is up the road, but not a good walk. Buses run every 15 mins and the return fare for 2 to the pub is £5.40. We had an excellent meal at the Anchor. We enjoyed our stay, but thought that £15 a night was a bit on the pricey side for a site with no WC or shower.

A Good Acre!! Very Quiet. Oh and flat!!

Thanks mr. & mrs. Howard! Quiet, flat easy to find (but it wasn't on google!). Yes the local birds were a bit noisy!! (Their geese and hens were quiet and friendly!) and NO road noise. This is a gem of a C.L. site. Spotted Cow pub isn't bad, good beer & reasonably priced good food. ( pete & sue)
