The site is set overlooking our five acre meadow with a wood on the boundary all of which you are invited to explore.
We are at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds which is an ideal walking and cycling area. There is a village shop, Post Office, Butcher and there is a pub about one mile away.
Pocklington Market town (Tuesday) is four miles away with local shops, supermarkets, gardens and the local canal.
York is seven miles away and is accessed by Park and Ride. Castle Howard, Beningbrough Hall are both within easy reach.
