Balbirnie Park Club Campsite

Please be aware of a contraflow and traffic issues on the Tay Bridge towards Fife, (A92), if you are approaching the site southbound from Aberdeenshire or Angus. This may last until 29 September.

Baltic Wharf Club Campsite

Due to the introduction of a one-way Bus Gate near site, please ensure you review the driving directions on the "Map" tab on the site's webpage before you exit this campsite.

The Bristol Clean Air Zone covers the central part of Bristol between Bristol Temple Meads Station and the A3029, including Cumberland Road and Baltic Wharf Club Campsite. Click here for more information.

Battle Normanhurst Court Club Campsite

East Sussex Highways are closing one of the main access roads en route to the Site. The A2100 closed from Johns Cross to A271 (Battle) from 5 - 30 August 2024. Please follow diversion signs via A21. Click HERE for more information.

Bearsted Club Campsite

Operation Brock - You cannot join the M20 heading towards Folkestone and Dover at junction 8 (site junction) when Operation Brock is in operation. Instead you will have to go north to junction 7 and join it there. This would typically add 10-15 minutes to your journey. It may last last all summer. Please see the Highways Agency Website for more information.

Berwick Seaview Club Campsite

The washing machine on Site is out of order. Outdoor washing machines are available to use at the local Morrisons store which is off the A1 roundabout north of Berwick.

Black Knowl Club Campsite

The New Forest and Hampshire County Show will be taking place on the 30th and 31st July, and 1st August 2024. This will increase traffic volumes along Aldridge Hill which is the access road to our campsite which is narrow with limited passing places. To avoid peak traffic periods of oncoming vehicles, please avoid arriving between 4-6 pm, and for departures we suggest leaving site between 10am - 12 noon.  For tickets and show information please see their website.

The Garmin New Forest Marathon will be held on Sunday 8 September 2024 resulting in the closure of Aldridge Hill and Rhinefield Road between the A35 and Beachern Wood Car Park from 9:00am-3:30pm. Site guests and departures can exit Site anytime before 10:15am but must exit left towards Brockenhurst Village. The campsite access road will be closed between 10:15am-3:15pm with no vehicle access to or from site between these times. The road will reopen after 3:15pm.

  • Arrivals will need to plan their route to arrive and check in after 3:30pm.
  • Departures will need to leave before 10:15am to ensure they avoid the road closures and race participants.

Please be aware there will be heightened traffic and pedestrian volumes in the area and there may still be marathon runners on the roads so please take extra care on your journey.

Bolton Abbey Estate Club Campsite

The coffee shop and car park at Strid Wood by the site entrance is closed until further notice.

Please note there is no waiting area for arrivals, please arrive from 1pm.

Borrowdale Club Campsite

There is no shop on site.

Bourton-on-the-Water Club Campsite

Brecon Beacons Club Campsite

Please be aware that there is a military firing range on the outskirts of Brecon which can on occasions be heard from the site.

Bridlington Club Campsite

There is a Fish & Chip van on site every Friday between 4:45pm and 6pm. Tuesday and Saturday is Curry Night, order from reception before 5pm and delivery will be made to the Site office at 7pm.

Brighton Club Campsite

As from Monday 20 May the washing machines and dryers on this Site are no longer token/coin operated. Use of the machines will now be contactless via debit or credit card. Full instructions will be provided on Site.

Please be aware that we are having issues with the squirrel population on site this year, particularly on the camping field. Please ensure all food is kept in secure boxes or preferably, your vehicle. We are seeking advice from a specialist but we are limited to what we can do to stop this.

Broadway Club Campsite

There is an archeological dig being carried out next door to the Site. The investigative team are looking for evidence of an ammunition dump, Roman cemetery and iron age burial site from June through to November 2024. Some of the dig works will involve the use of machinery ahead and post the archaeologists commencing their work. Please be aware, intermittent machinery works may be heard from site.

Bromyard Downs Club Campsite

The A44 between Little Green and Bromyard will be closed from 17 July to 27 July between 7pm to 8am, there is a diversion in place taking you through country lanes.

Broomfield Farm Club Campsite

Bunree Club Campsite

Burrs Country Park Club Campsite

On 24 August, from 11am-10pm, the Bury Mela will be taking place in the nearby showground field. It is likely that the traffic that this attracts could cause delays for arrivals to and departures from the Site.

On 15 September there will be a number of road closures in the area to accommodate the Bury 10k run. Please see Run For All about how this may affect arrivals and departures.

Cambridge Cherry Hinton Club Campsite

There will be essential tree works taking place on site from Tuesday 10 September to Friday 13 September. This will inevitably result in some noise and disruption during working hours to anyone staying on site.

Late night arrival & parking areas are now key secured - prior arrangements must be made with the site to access these areas.

Camelford Club Campsite

The A39 through Camelford is currently closed due to an unsafe building in the High Street. For those heading to us from the north and south on the A39, the diversion in place will be alright for caravans and motorhomes.

Carnon Downs Club Campsite

Cafe Opening Hours: Cafe/Bar is open from 8:30 - 21:00 (7 days a week).

Food Vans & Entertainment:

  • Monday - Crepes from 17:00 - 20:00 alongside Pub Quiz & Live music from 18:00
  • Tuesday - Dos Padres serving from 17:00 - 20:00

Castleton Club Campsite

Between 12 June and 15 September, the B6049 at Brough, Hope Valley will be closed for essential bridge repairs. Please follow the local diversions that will be in place.

Cayton Village Club Campsite

House building works are taking place on the field adjacent to the site which may generate noise and dust throughout the 2024 season.

Chapel Lane Club Campsite

During quieter occupancy periods, and in order to be as efficient as possible from a financial and sustainability perspective, please be advised that the facility block located to the West side of the site may not be in use. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however the remaining block will be available with respective full facilities.

Chatsworth Park Club Campsite

From 1 July, Super Pitches at this site will be converted to Service Pitches. Therefore, back waste will have to be emptied at a CCEP. A refund will be processed on your arrival for the duration of your stay, to reflect these changes.

Chatsworth House will be shut, whilst filming takes place between 22 and 26 July.

Following the installation of the upgraded Wi-Fi at our Chatsworth Park Club Campsite, there have been some technical issues which is affecting the quality of the on-site Wi-Fi. The provider continues to work on this and we hope to have it resolved soon. In the meantime, access to Wi-Fi may be limited.

Cheltenham Racecourse

A new cycle path development is under construction by the local authority and the next phase of works will close all access from the roundabout to the main entrance to the racecourse from 15 July to 15 August. During this time there will be a diversion route in place for access into the racecourse.

The Jockey Club at Cheltenham Racecourse has the following events lined up for this summer. Please note that music and crowd noise may be heard on site during these events. For more information and to book tickets, please click on the links below:-

  • 26 July - Nile Rodgers multi Grammy award winning songwriter, composer, producer and guitarist special open air performance from 4pm.
  • 27 July - Ibiza Classic Anthems music event 2pm-11pm.

The Cheltenham Marathon is due to pass this site on Sunday 1 September. The access road to the campsite will be closed to all traffic from 07:30am to 1:15pm. There will be no vehicle access for site departures or arrivals during this time. For more details on this event, please see Run Cheltenham.

  • Campsite Departures:- If you are scheduled to depart the campsite on 1 September, please depart before 7:30am or between 1:15pm - 1:30pm.
  • Campsite Arrivals:- If you are booked to arrive on 1 September, please plan your journey to arrive after 1:45pm to avoid congestion with departing touring vehicles.

Cirencester Park Club Campsite

All Club campsite guests will be provided with free pedestrian access into neighbouring Cirencester Park. From Spring 2024, a pass will be provided per pitch at check-in (upon request), allowing free access to the park for the duration of your stay. As park access cards are the property of Bathurst Estates, there will be a £10 cash security deposit per pass, refundable upon return to the site office staff.

Many exciting events are held in the neighbouring estate grounds during the year. For further information and maps for Cirencester Park, and to book tickets at events open to the public please visit the Bathurst Estates website. Please note that on event dates, traffic levels along the access road will increase and access to areas within the estates grounds, including dog walk areas, may be restricted. During some events, amplified music/tannoy volumes may be heard on site.

Clachan Club Campsite

Clumber Park Club Campsite

The Back2 music Festival will take place at the Clumber Park estate between 22-25 August 2024. The event may cause some noise disruption and will end about 11:30pm.

Following the installation of the upgraded Wi-Fi at our Clumber Park Club Campsite, there have been some technical issues which are affecting the quality of the on-site Wi-Fi. The provider continues to work on this and we hope to have it resolved soon. In the meantime, we have switched back to a free hotspot service.

Crossways Club Campsite

Road closures will be in place on Sunday 15 September for the Ironman 70.3 Weymouth race competition. This includes roads near the campsite and the surrounding area. There will be no access on/off site between 7:00am-11:00am due to a site access road closure. For further information on this event see www.ironman.com/im703-weymouth

  • Departures will be able to leave site before 07:00am (after which road closures on the B3390 will then be in place) and then after 11:00am.
  • Arrivals will still be able to arrive after 1:00pm as normal but please check the race route for road closures that may still affect your route - www.ironman.com/im703-weymouth-course (See ‘Bike’ tab under ‘Course’)

Crystal Palace Club Campsite

The South facing Festival is on in Crystal Palace Park from 26 July to 11 August. There will be loud music which will cause noise disturbance on site from 12 - 10.30pm. There will also be setting up noise throughout the day.

Daleacres Club Campsite

Unfortunately the washing machines on site are currently out of order.

Please be aware that due to unforeseen circumstances, the Games Room is closed for the foreseeable future. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Dockray Meadows Club Campsite

Dornafield Club Campsite

From 22 July to 12 August there will be roadworks on the main route heading south out of Newton Abbot that will cause major disruptions. Diversions will be in place but these may not be suitable for longer vehicles/caravans. There are two alternative routes that we suggest to travel via Totnes:

  • Alternative route 1 - (Do not use satnav) Leave the M5 at the last exit (J31), take the A38 and stay on the A38 at the split with the A380. Come off at the Buckfasleigh exit and head to Totnes (do not take any other routes to Totnes). At Totnes, take the A381 to Newton Abbot and turn left at the Two Mile Oak Inn. (Do not go via Ipplepen village). After 0.75 mile turn left (signposted Dornafield site) after 2 large houses. Then turn right into the site.
  • Alternative route 2 - (Do not use satnav) Leave the M5 at the last exit (J31), take the A38 then at the split, take the A380 (signposted Torquay). Stay on the A380, (do not take the Newton Abbot turn off) and take the A385 to Totnes, at Totnes, take the A381 signposted Newton Abbot. Then follow the directions as in alternative route 1 above.

Please be aware that from 15th July 2024 to July 2027, traffic management will be in place from the Two Mile Oak turning to the site from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. This will help members arriving and departing on the lane to the Site as it will be 'one-way' only during these times/days.

Durham Grange Club Campsite

The children's play area is currently closed for essential maintenance.

Until 2025 roadworks are taking place along the A1 at Gateshead which will affect traffic to and from the site. Please follow the diversion in place, expect increased journey times and refer to online traffic alerts and the National Highways website for up to date information.

Edinburgh Club Campsite

We’re investing £2.5 million in improving our hugely popular Edinburgh Club Campsite over 2024 and 2025. The site is now partially open with full facilities for the start of the season and is expected to fully reopen from 30 August 2024. There is currently one toilet block facility open and some pitches will be further from the open facilities than normal, until the works are complete. Find out more details on the exciting redevelopment plans at camc.com/redevelopments.

Exebridge Lakeside Club Campsite

The TV aerial booster system on site is currently experiencing some issues.

Please be aware that building work is taking place adjacent to the site entrance which may cause some noise. 

Exeter Racecourse Club Campsite

Reception at this site closes at 6pm - latest arrival time is 8pm. If you will be arriving between 6pm - 8pm, please contact the site during the day of arrival before 6pm. The site team will be happy to provide you with your check in information and the gate access code.
 
If you are due to arrive on a Sunday, please be aware that the Racecourse holds a car boot sale on Sundays at 1pm.  Arrival after this time is advised as there are often queues on the A38.

Freshwater East Club Campsite

On the main route into site the A477 there are 4 way traffic lights due to a new roundabout being built, this is causing traffic delays to and from the site. The work started on 28 May and is running for 15 weeks.

Sunday 22 September: Due to Ironman Wales the A4139 Upper Lamphey Road (from Pembroke to site) will be closed from 7.30am to 1pm. Departures will be from 1.00pm and arrivals from 2.00pm.

Gatwick Club Campsite

This site can suffer from occasional electricity supply outages. Upon the event of this occurring, site staff will be aware and will rectify it as quickly as possible.

The late night arrival area is grass with no electricity and only available in an emergency. Please call the site before using as this is not available in heavy rain, icy or snowy conditions.

Godrevy Park Club Campsite

The site will remain closed until 24 May 2024 when part of this popular site will reopen offering a non facility/service point only experience (with a 20% price discount to reflect this from 24 May-14 August). From 15 August some facilities will be available before the site ,with its new facilities block and other improvements, is expected to fully reopen from 24 August 2024.

Gowerton Club Campsite

There is a Jackie Potato Van on Site every Friday from 5pm - 7:30pm.

Grafham Water Club Campsite

When entering Grafham Village you may have an eye out for signs directing you to our site. Please note that one of these has been knocked over and we suggest you rely on your navigation system.

The children's play area at this site has been closed permanently.

The pizza van that used to visit this site on Fridays and Sundays will no longer be doing so. Pizzas will still be available for purchase in the village nearby.

Gwern-y-Bwlch Club campsite

Hillhead Club Campsite

As of Wednesday 26 June, South West Water has lifted the boiled water notice and all systems are clear and back to normal.

  • Food: 5pm - 12:00pm - 14:00pm & 16:30pm - 20:30pm

Ilminster Club Campsite

There are no toilet, shower, laundry or washing up facilities on this site. Members will need to use their own onboard facilities.

Knaresborough Club Campsite

Road works are taking place from 25 July 2024 for 2 days. It will not be possible to drive through Scotton Village. When travelling to the site please follow the directions on the Knaresborough site web page or the sites directory and handbook.

Come and join us to celebrate and welcome in the New Year at The Wanderer Cafe Bar, Knaresborough on 31 December 2024. Dance the night away to music through the ages played by a professional DJ. Longleat Club Campsite

Looe Club Campsite

For safety reasons the bus stop directly outside the site has been removed by the local council. The nearest bus stop is now outside Looe Bay, a 2 minutes walk away.

Swimming Pool: Open from 24 May to 15 Sep (weather dependent). A lifeguard will be on duty when the pool is in operation. The pool will be open from 10am - 6pm but please check with the Site Staff for the exact opening times when you arrive on site. It may be necessary to run timed sessions at busy periods. Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Modbury Club Campsite

Reception at this site closes at 6pm - latest arrival time is 8pm. If you will be arriving between 6pm - 8pm, please contact the site during the day of arrival before 6pm. The site team will be happy to provide you with your check in information.

Moorhampton Club Campsite

Reception at this site closes at 6pm - latest arrival time is 8pm. If you will be arriving between 6pm - 8pm, please contact the site during the day of arrival before 6pm. The site team will be happy to provide you with your check in information.

Morvich Club Campsite

Scottish Power will be on site on 7 May between 9:00-17:00 for essential maintenance. There will be no power during this time.

North Yorkshire Moors Club Campsite

Please follow the map directions on the Site webpage and do not follow Sat Nav or the route planner directions as this will take you down Iburndale Lane, a very narrow road not suitable for caravans and motorhomes.

Satellite reception can be very difficult due to surrounding trees.

Nunnykirk Club Campsite

Please do not follow sat nav to Nunnykirk as this will take you to the wrong location. Access is via the B6342 north of Fontburn reservoir and south of Rothbury.

If traveling from South via A1 take the A696 Ponteland and Airport Junction stay on A696 and turn off right at the KnowesGate hotel crossroads (do not take the turning on to the B6342 signed for Wallington and Cambo as its not suitable for Caravans and large vehicles) at T junction turn left onto B6342 and stay on this road until you come to site entrance on Right shortly after Fontburn Reservoir (W3W: ///Renewals.Blasted.Pint)

Old Harley Club Campsite

The Site will reopen on Friday 5 July. Please note that there may be some noise on Site from minor works taking place until approximately the end of July 2024.

The Northbound Tyne Tunnel will be closed weekends only from 7 June 2024 until 2 March 2025 for scheduled maintenance. During the weekends drivers will cross the river using the Southbound tunnel where there will be two single lanes, one for traffic going north and the other for traffic going south.

Pembrey Country Park Club Campsite

Please be aware that there may be some infrequent noise from the neighbouring property due to building works.

Penrhos Club Campsite

The Menai Bridge linking Anglesey and North Wales is open to traffic up to 7.5 tonnes.

Putts Corner Club Campsite

Please follow the directions on our webpage for this site as Sat Nav's will take you along roads that are not suitable for large vehicles or caravans.

Ramslade Club Campsite

Richmond Hargill House Club Campsite

The National Highways will be implementing night closures from 8pm until 6am from 1 July 2024 until Autumn 2024. This affects the A66 Westbound from Scotch Corner to Hartforth. Diversions will be in place during these closures. There may also be some noise on site during the night due to these works.

Salisbury Hillside Club Campsite

Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks have advised of a planned power cut on 8 August between 9am-5pm which will affect the Site. This is due to essential maintenance required on the power supply equipment in the local area.

From 16 September - 12 October reception at this site closes at 6pm - latest arrival time is 8pm. If you will be arriving between 6pm - 8pm, please contact the site during the day of arrival before 6pm. The site team will be happy to provide you with your check in information.

Seacroft Club Campsite

Swimming Pool:

  • Open from mid May until end of September - weather permitting and subject to availability of Lifeguard cover.
  • Monday & Tuesday: Closed
  • Wednesday to Sunday: 12:00-18:00
  • From 1 July until the end of August the pool will be open daily from 10:00-12:30 and 14:00-18:00 (weather permitting and subject to availability of Lifeguard cover).

The Wanderer Complex is open from 10:00am daily:

  • Coffee, tea, soft drinks & freshly baked pastries
  • Lunch Menu from 12.30pm until 3pm
  • Evening Menu from 5pm until 8pm (12.30pm until 7pm Sunday)
  • Alcohol from 11am until 11pm*

Shawsmead Club Campsite

Towing a caravan or large MH you will need a coach parking bay. Locations offering coach bays are conveniently near the Ports of:

  • River Road car park - Yarmouth Port
  • Key Road car park – Ryde Port
  • Coppins Bridge car park in Newport – for Cowes and Fishbourne ports

Southport Club Campsite

Southport Flower Show Thursday 15 August to Sunday 18 August. Due to the number of visitors attending this event, there may be some delays on the roads around the site throughout the weekend.

St David's Lleithyr Meadow Club Site

Please follow signs to Whitesands Beach and Lleithyr Meadow. Do not follow signs for Lleithyr Farm as the Sat Nav suggests.

Stamford Club Campsite

IMPORTANT: The Forestry Commission has installed an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system at their entrance.

All members arriving at this Club campsite will also pass the ANPR camera, we ask that you please ensure you report to reception on your arrival and provide your registration number, any additional vehicles and vehicles of any visitors you have to the site.

Registration numbers and relevant Club booking reference will be passed to the Forestry Commission. This is so we are able to prevent our members from being issued with a parking fine (£50) and your information will not be used for any other purposes.

Stonehaven Queen Elizabeth Park Club Campsite

The open air swimming pool opens on 27 May. The pool is open every Wednesday for late night swimming from 10.00pm to midnight from 8 July to 21st August so some noise may be heard.

There is live music every Saturday between 3.00-4.00pm.

Stover Club Campsite

From 15 July - 26 July, Devon County Council are installing electric cables behind the bus stop that takes you into Stover Country Park. Therefore, the only access to the park is through their main entrance/car park.

Tewkesbury Abbey Club Campsite

Maintenance work is being carried out on a few houses neighbouring the rear perimeter of site. The work is expected to conclude by 3 August but will involve some noise from maintenance machinery and workmen during this period.

There will be some tree work carried out on site over a period of 3 days from Monday 12 August until Wednesday 14 August. There may be some noise disturbance during these dates.

Please note: this Club campsite is situated near the River Severn and the River Swilgate tributary. Following periods of prolonged and heavy rainfall, river levels may rise causing the tributary to occasionally breach. The access road to site can then become inaccessible and the site might be affected by flooding during these events. To check river levels please see River Severn at Mythe Bridge and for the most up to date information on site status in wet weather, please call the site team on 01684 294035.

The Howard, Rosedale Abbey Club Campsite

Reception at this site closes at 6pm - latest arrival time is 8pm. If you will be arriving between 6pm - 8pm, please contact the site during the day of arrival before 6pm. The site team will be happy to provide you with your check in information.

The Sandringham Estate Club Campsite

Notice to dog owners: Incidents of dogs falling ill following a visit to the woodland on the Sandringham Estate can be reported between the months of August and November. This is not specific to the Club site but dog owners should be aware and take precautions when visiting the woodland area around the site. For more information about Seasonal Canine Illness please refer to the Animal Health Trust Website.

Treamble Valley Club Campsite

Do not use Satnav. Leave A30 Westbound at A39 Truro exit, signposted Perranporth, last exit on roundabout, under flyover, 1st exit onto Zelah bypass (old A30), 1.7 miles R onto B3285 (Perranporth), 0.75 miles R onto Scotland Rd (Monkey Tree), 1.75 miles R onto A3075. 0.5 miles downhill turn 1st L Rejarrah, continue 1 mile, after tight bend entrance ahead on RHS (also says Little Treamble CL), continue past CL to site entrance.

Trewethett Farm Club Campsite

Please follow the directions on our webpage for this site as Sat Nav's will take you along roads that are not suitable for large vehicles or caravans.

Warwick Racecourse Club Campsite

The Jockey Club are holding Apres Ski Christmas dinner events on 7, 13, 14, 20 and 21 December to celebrate the seasonal festivities. If you are booked to stay on our campsite and would like to join the festivities one evening, please see The Jockey Club - Warwick Racecourse for information and to book tickets. You may hear the music and celebrations from these events on our campsite into the late evening.

White House Beach Club Campsite

Due to the Latitude Festival heavy local traffic may be encountered between Thursday 25 July & Monday 28 July. Please allow extra time should you be traveling during these days.

There is currently an issue with the TV booster system on site. An engineer has been called and we hope to have this fixed soon.

Winchester Morn Hill Club Campsite

As from Friday 31 May the washing machines and dryers on this Site are no longer token/coin operated. Use of the machines will now be contactless via debit or credit card. Full instructions will be provided on Site.

The annual Boomtown Music Festival will be held in the Matterley Estate on 7-11 August. This festival features an eclectic array of music genres and is for adults over the age of 18. This festival attracts a large audience so please be aware of higher traffic volumes than normal in this area. You may also hear the festival at times from the site. For further information on this event, please visit their website.

Wirral Country Park Club Campsite

The County Council are now enforcing No Parking on Station Road outside our site. Please do not arrive and park outside the site before 1pm as you may be issued a parking ticket.

Wyatts Covert Club Campsite

Please ignore the road closure signs when turning into Tilehouse Lane, this closure is beyond the site entrance.

We have Smart Metering at this campsite, which means you will only pay for the amount of electricity you use during your stay. Ahead of your arrival, please set up an online account so you can add funds in advance of your stay. View our 'How it works' section at camc.com/smartmetering, then visit our trusted Smart Meter partner’s website to set up an account.

Important: If booking a stay up to 31 May 2025 please select Hardstanding With Awning or Hardstanding Without Awning (as appropriate).

If your planned stay has dates which span over from May 2025 into June 2025, you will need to make 2 bookings. One up to and including the 31 May 2025 on either Hardstanding With Awning or Hardstanding Without Awning and another one starting on the 1 June 2025 on either Hardstanding With Awning (Metered) or Hardstanding Without Awning (Metered).

York Rowntree Park Club Campsite

The York 10k run will be taking place on Sunday 4 August. There will be a number of temporary road closures in and around York City centre on the morning of Sunday 4 August. Departure from Site must be made before 8:20am OR between 10:30am and 11:15am. There will be some road restrictions around York after these times but entry to the site via the main access routes should be clear.

Please note: this Club campsite is situated within York Flood Defense boundaries. If river levels rise, the Environmental Agency close the flood barriers to protect local housing. When the Environmental Agency take the decision to activate the defense it is often at short notice and York Rowntree site has to be evacuated. The access road to the site is inaccessible and the site is also likely to be affected by flooding during these events. Before you travel to site, please call the sites Flood Advice line on 01904 593791 for the latest information.
