Report

We were extremely disappointed on arrival at this site. The quality of the pitch was poor, sloping, which we weren't expecting and full of pot holes, which made pitching tricky. All of our children refused to use the toilets and showers on site because they were so dirty. Very noisy site with a number of single sex groups making it an unpleasant stay. After 5 days on this noisy site, with the fantastic help of the caravan club we relocated to a great site in St, Emillion which saved our holiday

We are very sorry that you were disapointed with your stay, we do try our best to improve all are pitches each year with the help of feedback from our campers, we also have taken very seriousley the issue of the toilet blocks and have put into motion the instaltion of a central cleaning unit in each block to improve on the quality, hygine and make it easier for the staff to clean them more frequentley. We are also sorry for the noise issue and do try to inforce a respect for other campers with our night gaurd especially with single sex groups who we also try to avoid.
