Set in the heart of the Saumur-Champigny wine region, L'Isle Verte campsite is set on the banks of the Loire river with its stunning views. You can take a boat trip by the campsite and sail down to Saumur with its chateau and wine caves. Trying the famous local red wine is an absolute must.

Set in the heart of the St Emilion vineyards, the campsite is the perfect location to explore the local areas. There’s a free vineyard tour within walking distance, as well as many private wine cellars to visit. You can jump on a train and head to Bordeaux to visit La Cité du Vin, a museum dedicated to wine.

Located within easy access of the superb Alsace wine route, Au Clos de la Chaume is a great base for day trips to the many towns and villages on the route, with the opportunity to try some delicious Alsace cuisine and of course, to sample some of the excellent wines. The campsite itself has wonderful amenities including a pool.

Set alongside the River Ill, this welcoming and friendly campsite has plenty to entertain including a heated pool and a restaurant. The beautiful town of Colmar, known as the capital of the Alsace wine region, is just 2km from the campsite and excursions to local wineries can be arranged for you.

This high-quality site sits in the heart of the Burgundy wine country, between Beaune and Mâcon and in the grounds of a 16th century château. With its own fishing lake and wooded areas, it’s home to a variety of wildlife, giving the whole site a relaxed, natural ambiance.

This five star boutique style campsite is set amongst the beautiful Beaujolais vineyards. There are plenty of activities and tours to explore around the local area, with many organised and run by the campsite owners themselves.

Perfect for a quiet, tranquil break with its large grassy pitches, it's a great place to “refresh and recharge” en route to the winter sun. There's plenty of vineyards nearby, and a visit to Cognac and its medieval quarter is a must.

This lovely campsite is just 18km from Porto where you can visit Port cellars and enjoy some wine tasting. There are also excursions to visit the Douro Valley, which is one of the world's best known wine regions. Here you can admire the breath taking landscapes whilst you enjoy the Douro wine.

This beautifully kept family run campsite is on the banks of the Rhein river and surrounded by Riesling vineyards. Take the cable car and enjoy the panoramic view of this Unesco world heritage site and its vines, or enjoy wine tasting in one of the many bars or restaurant in the busy streets of Rüdesheim.

Set on the banks of the Europa canal, Azur Campsite Wertheim is perfect for discovering and learning about the local dry white wine vines. You can even enjoy superb wine tasting sessions based in the beautiful Wertheim castle that overlooks the medieval city or in the 12th century Bronnback monastery.

Being situated just across the lagoon from the stunning sights of Venice, Ca’Savio is a wonderful campsite to set up base and explore the history of the city and its surrounding islands. The local region boasts the very popular sparkling Prosecco vineyards up in the hills, just north of the city.
