Why stay here ...
With its idyllic location on the banks of Lake Brienz, Aaregg is a high quality site with breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside. The grass pitches are of a good size, and several are fully serviced pitches with superb views across the lake and of the Bernese Alps. Direct access to the lake offers you the perfect place to canoe, and kids will enjoy the inflatable play area in the shallow water.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive an information pack with details on local attractions. There’s no shortage of attractions, with Brienz just a 15-minute walk and famous for its wood carvings. Enjoy a return boat trip on the lake to Interlaken. The Brienz - Rothorn rack and pinion railway makes for an interesting trip, as does a visit to the Ballenberg Open Air Museum, a mile or two from the site.
