What types of bookings can be made through the UK Sites App?

Bookings for caravans, motorhomes and trailer tents can be made through the app however tent bookings cannot. Please note that the UK site app only includes sites in The Caravan Club’s UK site network and bookings at continental sites cannot be made through this app.

What type of site can be found in the UK Sites App?

Club sites, Affiliated sites and Certificated Locations can all be found.

Can non-members make bookings through the app?

Only Club members can make bookings through the app. Non-members can find sites of interest and contact them easily by phone through the app.

I’m a member of The Caravan Club but can’t login, who can I contact to help?

Digital Membership Card

What are the benefits of the Digital Membership Card?

The Digital Membership Card is more accessible as it gives members instant access to their card within the app. This means members no longer need to wait for their physical card to arrive in the post. It is more secure, with login required to download it. It also can’t be lost, stolen or damaged.

How do I view my Digital Membership Card on my phone?

Download the CAMC UK Sites App, login and click Membership Card.

Why does the Digital Membership Card not display my membership start and end date?

The Digital Membership Card does not display your membership start or end date, instead it checks you have a valid membership at the time of opening the card. This is the first release of the Digital Membership Card and the next release will include your membership start and end date. This is due in 2022.

What is the 'Valid as of' date?

The 'Valid as of' date tells us that you have a valid membership as of that date. It is not a start date. It displays 'today's date' and shows us that you have a valid membership as of that day. For example, if you were checking in to a site on 27 August 2021, the Valid as of date would show 27.08.21. If you wanted to use your card at another site a few days later on 30 August 2021, you would need to reopen the app to display the new date of 30.08.21 to show that you still have an active membership.

Will I be able to display my Digital Membership Card if there is no signal?

You will need the internet to log in to the UK Sites App. However, if you are logged in before losing signal and the app is kept open, you will remain logged in and able to access the membership card that day. If you are unable to receive signal on your phone and are staying on a Club site then you can connect to the Club’s site WiFi where the UK Club Sites App is free to use.

How secure is the Digital Membership Card?

Storing your card on your phone means it can’t be lost or stolen. There is added security as you will need to be logged into the app to display the Digital Membership Card and your membership is validated at the time of opening. Please be assured no payment details are stored on the app.

Which devices can I access my Digital Membership Card on?

The digital membership card is available to access in the UK Sites App and in your Profile. What if my phone is lost, damaged or stolen?

If your phone has been lost or damaged, you can put your Digital Membership Card on your new device by re-downloading the UK Sites App. If you are worried someone has access to your UK Sites App, please reset your password. You can reset your password here.

I’ve lost my physical membership card, how do I order a new one?

Rather than waiting for a new membership card to be sent in the post, you can get your membership card digitally in the UK Sites App. Just download the app, login and click 'Membership card'. If you would still like to receive a replacement physical card, you can request it here. You will need to be logged in to order a replacement card.

Can I use my Digital Membership Card at Certificated Locations?

Yes, Digital Membership Cards are accepted at Certificated Locations.

Can I use my Digital Membership Card to redeem member offers?

Yes, all of our partners will accept the Digital Membership Card. The only exception is car manufacturers who will need to see the physical card to confirm the membership start date.

Can I use the Digital Membership Card for the Great Savings Guide?

Yes, all of our Great Savings Guide partners accept the Digital Membership Card.

Will the price of my membership reduce if I use the Digital Membership Card?

It doesn’t matter which membership card you use, the price of membership will remain the same. All membership subscriptions are used to reinvest into the Club to make improvements to Club products and services.

Are you going to stop physical cards?

The Club will continue to give members the option to receive a physical membership card.

Will joint and family members receive a Digital Membership Card?

Whether you are a lead member, joint member or family member, all members are able to view their Digital Membership Card in the new Club App. Just login using your website registration details to display your card. If you are a joint or family member and haven’t yet registered for the website, you can do so here.


Which devices support The Caravan Club Magazine App?

The app is available to use on almost all smart phones and tablets, including Apple iPhones and iPads, and Android devices from the Google Play Store, such as Amazon Fire tablets, Huawei mobile phones or from the Samsung Galaxy range.

How much does the app cost?

The app is free to download. Club members can access the current and archived issues free of charge. When opening an issue, members will be asked to log in with their Caravan Club website email address and password (please note: being registered to use the ‘Club Together’ forum alone will not grant you access). Non-members will be prompted to purchase individual issues at £2.29 each but will not have access to the archive.

What happens if I choose not to renew my Caravan Club membership?

You will still have access to any issues you downloaded on to your device. You will no longer be able to access the complete archive or future issues free of charge.

Who do I contact with technical problems (pages not displaying correctly, frequent crashing etc)?

Who do I contact with questions about news and articles within the digital or printed magazine?

Can I search the magazine for specific words or terms?

Yes. Once you have opened an issue, touching anywhere on the screen brings up the ‘Menu’ option (in the top right-hand corner).  Within the menu is the option to search. You can look for terms mentioned in the issue you are reading or the entire archive.

How do I get back to the ‘home’ page?

Touch the screen to reveal the ‘flatplan’ at the foot of the page and the ‘Menu’ bar at the top. Touch the ‘back’ arrow in the top left-hand corner to return to the home page.

How do I search for previously published articles from The Club Magazine on the app?

Open an edition. Touch the screen to reveal the 'flatplan' at the foot of the page and the 'Menu' icon in the top right-hand corner. Tap the 'Menu' icon to reveal the archive 'Search' facility.
