How do I join the Caravan and Motorhome Club?

You can join online or by calling 01342 318 813, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. You can also join at Club Sites, at our caravanning shows or pick up an application leaflet at most UK caravan dealers.

Is the Caravan and Motorhome Club just for 'caravanners'?

The Caravan and Motorhome Club welcomes caravanners, motorhomers, campers, campervanners, trailer-tenters, and anyone else, regardless of whether you own, hire, or borrow. Even if you are only considering the hobby, you will be entitled to the same benefits as any other Club member.

How long does it take for my membership pack to arrive by post?

Your membership pack and membership card(s) should arrive by post within a week of signing up. The Club magazine will follow, usually within four to six weeks of joining.

How much does membership cost?

Membership of the Caravan and Motorhome Club (previously The Caravan Club) costs £52 a year (for you, a partner, and children under 18). There is an additional £10 joining fee unless you pay by Direct Debit. Add more family members (over 18 years old) for £8 per person. Join the Club online today.

If I join online, how quickly will I be able to book Club Sites?

New members can have online access as little as one hour after joining online. Your email confirmation containing your membership number usually arrives within 48 hours of joining online.

What are the benefits of joining the Caravan and Motorhome Club?

Membership of the Caravan and Motorhome Club (formerly The Caravan Club) gives you access to our entire sites network, including thousands of privately owned 5-van sites (Certificated Locations), plus you’ll save £12 per night by no longer paying the non-member site fee. What do I get if I introduce a friend to The Caravan and Motorhome Club?

When you recommend a friend to join the Caravan and Motorhome Club, you’ll receive a gift voucher for every friend that joins online or by phone.

My membership

Are there any local groups or rallies for members?

69 Caravan and Motorhome Club Centres run UK and overseas rallies throughout the year. Registration is free and can be done at any time during your membership.

Can I add somebody to my membership?

You can include a joint member to your membership free of charge. Additional family members can be added for £8 each.

How can I amend my membership details?

If you are the full member, you can amend your membership details, including removing a joint member either online under My Profile or by phoning our membership services line.

How do I change my bank details with The Club?

Please call our membership line on 01342 318 813 Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm and speak to one of our membership advisors.

How do I renew my membership?

A reminder will be sent a few weeks before your membership expiry date. You can renew online or by calling our Contact Centre on 01342 318 813.

Does the Lex Autolease Car Select offer cover the whole of the UK?

Lex Autolease deliver new cars free of charge to anywhere in Mainland UK and take away the part exchange if needed.

Do Lex Autolease take vehicles in part exchange?

Lex Autolease offer a full valuation and collection service for an existing car. One of their experienced sales team will take the details of the part exchange and get it valued for the predicted delivery time of the new vehicle. Should you wish to take advantage of this offer, the part exchange will be collected by the driver who delivers the new vehicle. It really is as simple as that. If there is an outstanding finance agreement on the part exchange, they can manage that too, meaning the process is as hassle free as possible.

What if I buy a car ‘over the phone’ and then change my mind?

There is a £100 securing deposit against every new vehicle ordered with no other fees, hidden or visible! This deposit is fully refundable should you need to cancel your order. In addition, as you will be purchasing your new car over the phone, you will benefit from additional “Distance Selling” purchasing rights under Consumer Law. All customers purchasing a new car through Car Select have 14 days right of cancellation after taking delivery of their new car. There doesn’t even need to be a reason, you simply can return the vehicle for a full refund.
