You will not be able to change your community screen name once you have registered so choose wisely.

Are the website's online facilities accessible to joint members?

Joint members can register to use the Club’s online forum, Club Together, and write reviews. Only the Lead member can book sites online, use outfit matching, take out insurance and manage the membership.


Is it safe to make a purchase on the Club website?

Yes. the Caravan and Motorhome Club takes every measure to ensure that the Club website and your details are completely secure.

Why should I register with the Club's website?

Register for free and you can use Club Together, our online community. If you register as a member, you gain immediate access to the Club’s online member services and offers.


I'm unable to find a campsite on the website that is published in the Directory, why is that?

It’s likely that since the Directory was printed, the campsite has withdrawn from our network and so will not appear online. If you feel that there is still an error, please phone us on 01342 327 490.

How do I write a site review?

You can post a review for any Club Site, Certificated Location and Overseas Site that you have stayed on. Go to the relevant site details page to leave your review and read other people's reviews.
