What is Club Shop?

In February 2018 we launched Club Shop in association with PRIMA Leisure. Club Shop is an e-commerce website selling over 3,000 products from leisure essentials to outdoor living. Club Shop is facilitated by PRIMA Leisure.

What is the Club Shop saving?

Members of the Caravan and Motorhome Club can save up to 10% at Club Shop and applying the relevant discount code. Member discount code can be accessed here.

Where can I save at Club Shop?

Members of the Caravan and Motorhome Club can save up to 10% on ALL products at Club Shop by visiting the website.

Saving does not apply to any products or services purchased from www.camc.com or www.primaleisure.com.

How do I save at Club Shop?

Why won't my membership number apply the discount?

Discount cannot be applied using your membership number. The discount can only be applied using the relevant discount code. Member discount code can be accessed here.

Checkout

Why are my membership login details not recognised when buying from Club Shop?

Members purchasing from Club Shop will need to create a Club Shop account for the order to be processed (similar to other online retailers such as Amazon etc.) the Club Shop website will not recognize your Caravan and Motorhome Club membership login details as these are two separate websites. New Club Shop customers will need to create a 'Club Shop account'.

Why do I need to create an account to purchase from Club Shop?

Members and non-members purchasing from Club Shop will need to create a Club Shop account for the order to be processed (similar to other online retailers such as Amazon etc.)

Can I place my order over the phone?

Unfortunately not, as PRIMA Leisure have no facility to accept payment over the phone at this point in time.

Non-Members

I am not a member can I purchase items from Club Shop?

Anyone can purchase items from Club Shop however only members receive the saving by using the member discount code.

Delivery

Why am I being charged for delivery / What are the delivery charges?

Delivery Charges are variable based on the total volume and weight of the products ordered. The delivery charge will be shown in your Shopping Basket (there may be several options available to select). Find out more.

Why has my order not arrived?

Your confirmation email will contain an estimated delivery date. If this date has lapsed, please contact the PRIMA Leisure team by emailing camc@primaleisure.com
If you select a courier option such as DPD or TNT, your order will be sent out for next working day delivery (subject to item/s being in stock). Products shipped via Royal Mail may take longer to reach you.

Why have only some of my products been delivered?

If some items in your order are out of stock, you can choose to split your order on the delivery page so that items are delivered as quickly as possible. If you choose to have your items delivered as quickly as possible, you will pay for each separate delivery and this will be calculated and charged in the basket. Your order will be split into separate orders for each delivery.

What does 'Split Deliveries' mean?

If some items in your order are out of stock, you can choose to split your order on the delivery page so that items are delivered as quickly as possible. If you choose to have your items delivered as quickly as possible, you will pay for each separate delivery and this will be calculated and charged in the basket. Your order will be split into separate orders for each delivery.

Do you ship overseas?

PRIMA Lesiure do ship overseas at an additional cost. This is calculated in your basket.

Monday 09:00 - 16:30
Tuesday 09:00 - 16:30

Thursday 09:00 - 16:30
Friday 09:00 - 15:00
Closed: Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
