E-Gift vouchers

What can E-Gift vouchers be used for?

Caravan and Motorhome UK Club campsite fees and Experience Freedom accommodation only, including camping, camping pods, glamping pods, glamping cabins, yurts and safari tents.

Are there any UK campsite exclusions?

E-Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against campsites in the Republic of Ireland, Affiliated campsites, Certificated Locations, Seasonal pitches or Storage pitches.

How do I pay using the E-Gift voucher?

  • To redeem against Caravan and Motorhome Club UK Club campsite fees simply present your E-Gift voucher to the staff upon arrival at Reception and they will do the rest.
  • To redeem against Experience Freedom accommodation, phone the Experience Freedom team on 01342 777 533. The E-Gift voucher amount will be subtracted from the booking total at the time of booking.

Can E-Gift vouchers be used on any date during the validity period and do they have an expiry date?

Yes, they can be used on any date subject to availability. E-Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 365 days, an expiry date will be displayed on the E-Gift voucher.

Do you give change if my order is less than the amount on the E-Gift voucher?

This is a live E-Gift voucher and any balance will remain as a credit on the voucher until all of the balance is used or the expiry date is reached.

Are the E-Gift vouchers refundable?

Unfortunately, our E-Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

What happens if I lose my E-Gift voucher email?

Please contact our team on 01342 318 813 who will reissue the E-Gift voucher for you.

What happens if I accidentally typed an incorrect email address?

Please contact our team on 01342 318 813 who will reissue the E-Gift voucher for you.

Are E-Gift vouchers the same as UK Site Night vouchers?

No, these E-Gift vouchers have a cash value that can be used towards a stay on a UK Club campsite, they are not the equivalent of a Site Night voucher.

Can I pay part paper voucher and part E-Gift voucher?

Yes, you can pay using a combination of paper vouchers, E-Gift vouchers and/or cash and card.

Can I send the E-Gift voucher directly to a friend or family member as a gift?

Yes, the E-Gift voucher can be sent directly to a friend or family member email address with a personalised message.

Can I still order a paper voucher to be sent in the post?

Paper vouchers are no longer available.

Can I still use a paper voucher that I already have?

Yes, paper vouchers are valid until the expiry date. Expiry dates are stated on the voucher.

Can the E-Gift voucher be delivered on a certain date in the future?

Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date.

Is there a maximum value of vouchers I can order?

The maximum value per E-Gift voucher is £500. You can order multiple E-Gift vouchers. Please remember the expiry date is 365 days from despatch, the expiry date will be displayed on the voucher.

What happens if I do not receive my E-Gift voucher?

The E-Gift voucher should arrive in your email inbox immediately after the purchase or on your chosen delivery date. Please check your junk/spam folders before contacting the Caravan and Motorhome Club or Experience Freedom. If the E-Gift voucher is not appearing in your inbox or your junk/spam folder please contact our team on 01342 318 813 who will reissue the voucher for you.

When will the E-Gift voucher be despatched?

E-Gift vouchers are emailed immediately after the purchase or on your preferred delivery date.

I am based outside of the UK, can I buy E-Gift vouchers?

Unfortunately, our E-Gift vouchers can only be purchased within the UK, this is a security measure that is in place to prevent fraudulent transactions.

I'd like to send the E-Gift voucher to my loved one myself, how do I do this?

Simply use your email address when asked to provide the ‘Recipient’s Email’ – you will receive the E-Gift voucher instantly which you can then forward onto your loved one or print and give to them. 

UK Club Site Vouchers

Where can I buy UK Club Site Vouchers?

Unfortunately, our UK Club Site vouchers are no longer available to purchase. The promotion ended at 5pm on 30 June 2020.

What can UK Club Site Vouchers be used for?

The vouchers can be used for touring stays on UK Club Sites only, including racecourse sites that are managed by the Club. They are not valid on Affiliated Sites or Certificated Locations, nor can they be used to pay for seasonal pitches, storage, Experience Freedom accommodation or Holiday Cottages.

Are the vouchers refundable?

Unfortunately, our UK Club Site Vouchers are non-refundable.

Are these the same as Site Night Vouchers?

No, these vouchers have a cash value that can be used towards a stay on site, they are not the equivalent of a site night.

Can I use my UK Club Site Vouchers on any date during the validity period?

Yes, they can be used on any date once the site network is open to the end of 2022; these are the equivalent of cash.

Do the UK Club Site Vouchers have an expiry date?

All orders up to and including 28 April 2020 received vouchers with no expiry date. All orders from 29 April 2020 onwards will receive vouchers valid until 31 December 2022.

What happens if I lose my vouchers?

Unfortunately, the Club is unable to replace lost vouchers.

Will I get change if my UK Club Site Voucher is worth more than the site night?

The vouchers may be exchanged for services of a higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference and cannot be exchanged for cash. Change will not be given.

How do I pay using the vouchers due to the Covid-19 social distancing restrictions?

Our site team will manage this through a dedicated contactless process upon arrival at site.
