Our members trust the Club

Almost 80% of respondents have had their Caravan Covered with the Club for up to four years. 70% of those that chose to renew their Caravan Cover with the Club do so because the Club is a trusted brand and provides our members with personal care and support. And a further 60% continue to renew their Caravan Cover with the Club because our cover is tailored to their needs and due to the Club’s expertise in the caravan market.

Lastly, we asked what value or benefits policyholders feel our Caravan Cover provides. The answer most frequently given was: Our expertise in claims handling.

The Club’s Motorhome/Campervan Insurance is good value for money

Over 70% of respondents choose to insure their motorhome or campervan with the Club because it offers good value for money and because the Club is a trusted brand. Over 50% of respondents chose the Club’s Motorhome/Campervan Insurance because of our expertise in the motorhome and campervan market. 

Lastly, we asked ‘What value or benefits policyholders feel our Motorhome or Campervan Insurance provides? The sentiments which recurred most frequently were Our professional, friendly staff, peace of mind and value for money.
