How to submit your Motorhome or Campervan Insurance claim
The last thing any of us want is to have to claim on our Club Motorhome or Campervan Insurance. But if the worst happens, we've put together the information below to support you.

If your motorhome/campervan stolen, notify the police BEFORE you begin the claims process. You will need a police reference number, and the faster you notify the police, the better your chance of getting your van back.

In most circumstances, your initial call will be taken by a specialist company used by Devitt Insurance Services, the Club’s partner broker, to manage the initial part of the process - what is referred to as First Notification of Loss (FNOL). This call will include taking the relevant details of the claim and then passing them on to your specific insurer, who will then get in touch with you to manage your claim directly.
Note that the insurer may instruct a loss adjuster or other third party to contact you regarding your claim.
If you need to arrange glass repair or replacement, please refer to your Certificate of Insurance for details of the number to call. If you do not have your certificate to hand, you can call the general claims number above.
Please note that glass repair and replacement only covers windscreens and glass windows. If you need to claim for damage to a plastic, acrylic or laminate window, you will need to claim under damage to your Motorhome/Campervan.
