Why do our members choose our Caravan Cover?

We really value your feedback, as it helps us to continually improve our products and ensure they are always relevant to you, our members. A huge thank you to everyone who took part in our Members Poll on Caravan Cover last year. Here’s what you told us…

We were thrilled to learn that, of those who choose to cover their caravans through us, three-quarters said it was because ours is a brand they trust.

Expertise in the caravanning market

Just over half those who completed the poll have been members for 11 years or more - and 70% of respondents have been caravanning for 11 years or more. You clearly know your caravans, so it was great to see that so many of you who are covered through us said you picked our cover because of our expertise in the caravanning market.

Around a fifth of people with our Caravan Cover have had protection through us for between 11 and 20 years - and an impressive 16% for more than 21 years. Over half of those covered said our positive reputation for claims handling was a deciding factor in choosing to continue their cover. This level of trust is reflected in our overall claims satisfaction score of 9.1/10 (as revealed through our own 2024 in-house survey).

Lastly, we asked what value or benefits policyholders feel our Caravan Cover provides. The answer most frequently given was: peace of mind.
