Complete Vehicle Support
We are always looking at ways in which we can support you and how we can make improvements to enhance the experience you have with the Club and/or how we can reduce costs to maximise value for our members. As part of this we recently started working with a company called Complete Vehicle Support (CVS), a specialist accident & repair management business with over 45 years combined industry experience providing market leading solutions to drivers throughout the UK.
When you submit a claim for caravan damage, depending on the damage sustained, you may be asked if you would like us to appoint CVS to your claim. Choosing to do so is entirely up to you - there is no penalty if you decide not to. However, there are a number of benefits:
- CVS facilitates the repair of your caravan on our behalf by selecting an approved repairer from their network
- The repairer will arrange the collection of your caravan
- No need to get an estimate – CVS will ask for images of the damage and provide these to the repairer for estimation
- CVS tracks repair progression and will update you throughout the claim until your claim has been settled
- You can track your repairs through an online portal
- Approved repairers prioritise our members' repairs
- There is no cost to you or the Club for using CVS
- It’s likely your trusted repairer will already be on the list of CVS repairers
- Where possible, CVS repairers will ensure your vehicle is repaired in a timely manner, although sometimes delays can be caused by parts availability. CVS will advise you of any delays as a result of this, but will also ensure any suitable alternatives are sought at the same time
Crawford and Co, our Caravan Cover claims handling provider, has worked with CVS for over 15 years and we have been assured they provide the high level of service we expect. As always, we welcome your feedback and we will continue to closely monitor this to ensure CVS and Crawford and Co. are meeting expectations.
